Turn-Around Time: Our items are made to order and require 3-5 business days to process. Custom orders require 1-2 weeks.

Custom orders are orders places outside of the options available in the listing (including but not limited to: custom colors for shirts, shirt sizes or shirt styles that are not ready to ship and must be ordered from the wholesaler).

Monograms and personalization are not considered custom.

Shipping: Shipping times are separate from processing times are dependent on the method of shipping you select at checkout. We package your product in such a manner as to ensure safe delivery, however, once your package is handed over for shipping, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for theft or damage. Priority packages are insured up to $50.00. Additional insurance is available. If you receive a package that is damaged, take pictures and contact your post office immediately. If your package is stolen, contact your Police Dept and Homeowner's insurance.

International Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Customer is responsible for all VAT or Customs charges. If you have concerns about the safety of delivery, we offer insurance through the Postal Service.

Returns and Exchanges: Our products are processed in a pet-free, smoke free environment and are made at the time your order is received. We can not accept returns as we are unable to re-sell them once the have left our environment. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at kidznme4404@gmail.com.

Changes/Canceling: We will accept a cancellation up to 24 hours after purchase. We are happy to revise your order up to the time your order has started production. Please contact us at kidznme4404@gmail.com.
